I am the owner and teacher at Little Wings. I opened this program with the hope to connect with and encourage as many children as possible. I love kids and want to see them succeed!
I graduated from Southeast Technical Institute in 2011. After finding my passion to work with kids I started right away on educating myself and now have received my CDA credential. I am CPR/First Aid/AED certified also.
I love to teach children! I have worked and volunteered in after school programs and daycares since high school. I have two daughters and a son. My husband and I have been married since 2015. We love to get outdoors and keep our bodies and minds healthy! I also adore animals and love to stay active with sports of any kind.
I hope to live out my passion and change the lives of every child I work with. I want to encourage them to try new things, make friendships, fail and get back up again. I can't wait to meet your child and begin a new adventure this school year!
Hello, let me start by saying how excited I am to be included in your child(rens) daily routine! We are going to have so much fun together this school year! My name is Amanda Baumann and I am going to teach the 3 and 4 year old's this year. I have been teaching and subbing for the last 13 years and decided it was time to change grade levels and settings this last year. I am so excited for this opportunity!
A little about me, I’m originally from Iowa, and moved here 10 years ago to be closer to family. I love reading, spending time with family, watching sports and spending time outside. I have my education degree both in Iowa and South Dakota in the following areas; k-8 education, k-8 Special Education, k-8 Reading, and k-12 Coaching.
I have always loved working, coaching and being in a teacher/learning setting. I love what Mel has been doing and I can’t wait to be a part of your child(rens) education. I look forward to meeting you this August!
